As a tall person, I often struggle with finding comfortable beds in hotels, but at Sure Hotel By Best Western, the queen-size bed was truly spacious and allowed me to rest with great comfort. The shower basin was impressively large, surpassing even some 5-star hotels I've stayed at. The over-the-head waterfall and strong water pressure in the shower made for a refreshing start to my work days. The location was convenient, with beautiful surroundings, and the staff kindly provided a baby cot upon request. The well-presented breakfast was served earlier than usual, accommodating our schedule. The view of meadows was pleasant and added to the overall enjoyable experience.

We liked the friendliness of the staff, the large bathroom, a good wifi connection, and the lovely meal.

A little too far away from the tourist nearby attractions, notably the creeks at Etretat. The village where the hotel is located has no interest or particular charm at all.

The Sure Hotel By Best Western Port Jerome - Le Havre Port-Jerome-sur-Seine offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable and the overall attention to detail is commendable. The staff is friendly and helpful, making sure that guests have a pleasant stay. The basic amenities provided in the rooms, such as tea/coffee facilities and comfortable beds, add to the overall comfort. The view from some of the rooms is picturesque, overlooking a field with horses. Additionally, the hotel's location close to the center and a nearby village with an excellent restaurant called O P'tit Oignon adds to the convenience of guests.

I arrived 22:30, then restaurant were already closed, but the hotel staff kindly prepared sandwich, cheese and wine for me.

Our weekend stay was amazing! The rooms were spacious and spotless, with excellent amenities. We particularly enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the convenient location, which made it easy for us to explore the nearby attractions. Another thing that impressed us was the value for money - we got more than we expected!

Although we had a great stay, we did encounter some issues. The Wi-Fi was a bit frustrating, as we had to fill out a lengthy form and watch ads to connect, plus it would disconnect randomly.

Neg: Unfortunately, the walls are not soundproof and the squeaky floors can be quite annoying.
